The Basic Steam Treatment: This is a perfect add on to massage to get extra relaxation, a touch of luxury, or to soothe tired, achy or arthritic joints. Spend 20 minutes under the steam canopy, enjoy a basic scalp and face massage.
The Deluxe Steam Treatment: Splurge on an additional 35 minute treatment that starts with a foot scrub, 20 minutes under the steam canopy with a scalp and face massage and cool lavender water compresses and finish off with, thick, luxurious, body butter lightly slathered onto the body to hydrate the skin.

Warm Bamboo Fusion : If you like hot stone massage, this is perfect for you!
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi : We provide what is often referred to as “sacred” or “Temple” Lomi. Random, constant, long flowing movements over and under the body. This massage uses towel draping.
Four- Handed Hawaiian Lomi Lomi : This is the gold standard for Lomi Lomi! Sometimes two hands aren’t enough and you need something truly decadent. Four-Handed Lomi will provide two therapists performing Lomi Lomi. Your brain is guaranteed to shut down and just leave you drifting off into your own little world!
Therapeutic Massage : A blend of massage work that is focused on muscles that affect the area of your choice. We slow the work down to create the relaxation you need.
Lymphatic Drainage : Relax and breathe easier! Decrease excess fluid including congestion and swelling from irritation or injury. with this extremely gentle work!
Integrated Massage & Stretching : Massage can only touch less than 50% of the muscles in the body. Start your session by warming up the tissue with gentle stretching (known as Active Isolated Stretching or AIS) that affects deep muscle. Then half way through, switch to massage work and relax into therapeutic massage.
